Use the Community Reports form for suspected scams, supporting evidence, correction requests and removal requests. This keeps each request connected to the relevant seller or website.
Report a suspected scam
Open Community Reports, select Report Scam and provide the website or seller details, what happened and any safe supporting link. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials or private identity documents.
Request a correction
Use the same form and begin the description with “Correction request.” Include the exact BeforeYouPay page or report, explain what is inaccurate and provide reliable evidence that supports the correction.
Business responses
A business may submit a factual response or evidence. Verification of identity or ownership may be requested before a report is changed, and submitting a response does not guarantee removal.
